Details

Considering during Bagda PL stocking

  1. Test your pond water salinity
  2. Eleminate predator fish from pond
  3.  Stock PL at a times and avoid consecutive stocking
  4. Test PL carrying polybag water salinity
  5. Do not stock PL directly to the culture pond
  6. Nursing PL 15-21 days at nursing pond
  7.  Acclimatization PL with Osmosaline at dose of 2mg/lit of water of the nursing pond.
  8. Feeding 4 times every day at 10-15gm/1000 pl
  9. Apply 1 oxygen tablet per 1000 PL at every dawn
  10.  Put wicker bundle at te bottom of the nursing pond . Never use green stalks or leaves
  11. Sampling regularly to observe mortality and growth
