দুর্যোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা ও ত্রাণ মন্ত্রণালয়ের উদ্যোগে মোবাইল ফোনের মাধ্যমে আগাম বার্তা চাহিদা মোতাবেক অবহিতকরনের জন্য টোল ফ্রি  Interactive Voice Response (IVR) পদ্ধতি চালু করা হয়েছে। যে কোন মোবাইল নং হতে ১০৯০  টোল ফ্রি নম্বরে ডায়াল করে

Disaster management and Relief Ministry start Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to inform advance weather forcast by calling tollfree call 1090 . Please call 1090 from any mobile operator to 

1. dial 1 for wearther condition for Sea going fisherman

2. Dial 2 for Riverport signal

3. Dial 3 for Daily Weather condition

4. Dial 4 for Cyclone Alert/signal

5. dial for water level of various river of the country
